How to Apply
The Tournament Registration has been developed to serve all of your application, registration, player roster, bracket information, game schedule and game score needs ON-LINE.
You begin the registration process by completing a simple form and creating your own User ID and Password. You may take as much time as you need to complete your application. You have the ability to return at any time and work with your application until you are ready to mail it.
All applications must be mailed along with a check covering the team fees.
Please note that the application is not deemed submitted
until your registration fees
has been paid.

STRONG
COMPETITION:
The Red Diamond Vulcan Cup is the Southeast's premier tournament for the month of March.
The 2008 Vulcan Cup hosted 324 teams from 14 states.

GREAT
LOCATION:
Held in centrally-located Birmingham with its mild climate,
the Vulcan Cup is an ideal early-season tournament for
our more northerly neighbors.
For our neighbors
from the milder climes, it presents the opportunity
to play teams you otherwise would have to travel far
to see. Games are played on top-quality Bermuda-grass
fields at several venues.

ADMISSION
CRITERIA:
Admission is selective; however, this year, top-division
state champions will be
assured admission, space permitting.

IMPORTANT
DATES:
Tournament fees must be paid by check (no credit cards accepted). Applications may be submitted online, however; application along with tournament fees must be post-marked by January 25, 2010.
Applications will not be considered until checks are received. Acceptance will be posted by February and schedules will be posted on or after February .

Team
Selection - Final team selection rests solely with
the Tournament Selection Committee.
If you are accepted,
the entry fee becomes non refundable. Should you
not be accepted, the entry fee will be refunded.
Special Requests

teams, etc.) on a separate piece of paper and mail
with your application. We will do our best to accommodate
your requests. |
